50 Righty throws and righty catches

50 Lefty throws and lefty catches

30 Splits - Throw Right / catch left then throw left / catch right.

30 Fakes - 15 - Fake right / then throw and catch right 

                    15 - Fake left / then throw and catch left

30 quick sticks - 15 each side, righty and lefty

 

190 reps total which should take a total of 20 minutes at the most.
